ClearBridge Investments is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our New York-based Marketing Team. successful candidate will thrive in an environment where managing multiple projects under strict deadlines is the norm. The Marketing Associate will update materials on an ongoing basis, develop custom presentation materials, complete Web site content updates and maintenance, collect various analytics, and manage digital assets for use across multiple platforms. Strong PowerPoint and chart creation skills are essential to the role.
As part of a small group within the Institutional Marketing team, this role requires a flexible, “can-do” attitude, and presents opportunities for professional growth in your areas of interest.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Update time-sensitive marketing collateral housed in an automated presentation library system
Develop, produce and maintain charts and tables (Excel and/or Illustrator)
Complete standard updates independently and revisions as directed
Create custom presentation graphics, pitchbooks, additional collateral (e.g., white papers) and other new materials and templates under direction of manager
Supply and manage web-optimized graphics for online use
Assist with web site construction and updates
Consistently apply corporate design standards
Participate in design and data visualization projects
Other duties as assigned
3 years of related experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Familiarity with any or all of the below is not required, but would be an advantage:
Seismic or a similar presentation library system
Adobe AEM, WordPress, Bloomreach, or similar web content management system
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Email marketing campaigns
Salesforce: Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Willing to accommodate limited vacation blackout periods of up to 12 weeks/year
Able to work both within a team and independently
Experience in the equity investment management business a plus
