What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED
1 year of recent manufacturing experience
Experience with SAP (preferred)
Must meet Work Keys Testing requirements (5 in Math and 5 in Graphic Literacy [or a 4 in Locating Info as a substitute for Graphic Literacy])
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work overtime and weekends
Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours
What We Offer:
Starting pay of $14 – $14.35 per hour

What You’ll Do As A Manufacturing Associate:
Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
Inspect, and/or audit components and handle material.
Troubleshoot equipment and follow manufacturing processes.
Perform equipment changeovers, tool changes and make minor tool adjustments.
Maintain SPC charts, turnover reports, and other miscellaneous records as required.
Display high level of associate involvement, teamwork, continuous improvement, and strong customer focus.
Demonstrate discipline regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and perform miscellaneous duties as required.
Ability to work one or two rotating shift per month
Use SAP to:
pull and interpret Build of Materials (BOM) sheets (not all areas)
assist with PM’s
open and close Work Orders
