Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineer 1. This position will be located at our Technology Services Sector in Warner Robins, GA. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's
APN-241 Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) Production and Depot Repairs Programs providing engineering support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and publish test plans, test schedules and test procedures for APN-241 radar system testing.
Support test planning and execution of the APN-241 radar.
Develop test and test data requirements for the APN-241 radar.
Identify and coordinate the availability of test resources.
Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution.
Maintain metrics on status of testing.
Serve as focal point between production/repair and engineering.
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of verification program and metrics development
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
