As a Route Planner & Analyst, you will be responsible for developing efficient route plans for restaurant bulk oil deliveries utilizing sophisticated routing software. This position will identify and ensure the company’s assets and drivers are utilized to maximize efficiency and provide on time delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review previous day’s routes and communicate any issues to local depot management.
Locates and resolves any missing or incorrect delivery invoices.
Resolves incorrect customer data through analysis.
Set up and apply routing parameters for new customers.
Resolve any depot distribution discrepancies.
Follows up on customer data issues to ensure they are being addressed.
Communicates effectively with field management to ensure markets distribution needs are being met.
Utilize routing software to generate efficient route plans.
Work alongside IT to ensure system is working properly.
Analyze trends and past performance to improve process and gain efficiencies.
2-5 years of data analysis and order processing experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or Bachelor’s degree supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field preferred (ORTEC and ORACLE)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel. Prior experience with routing programs is preferred.
Self-Motivated and demonstrated initiative

Ability to work in ambiguous situation

Competitive hourly rate
Corporate bonus structure up to 10% of annualized base compensation
