This employee will own all aspects of the talent acquisition process within one of the Service lines for Milestone. This individual will be a player/coach mentoring members of the talent acquisition team regarding best practices and managing an individual req load for leadership roles within the service line.
Sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Developing and maintaining job postings.
Conducting phone screens, interviews, completing reference checks, meeting with managers, assisting in the selection decision process.
Preparing, negotiating and presenting competitive/successful employment offers.
Providing timely, feedback to internal and external candidates and updating information in applicant tracking system.
Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition function.
Experience recruiting Network Operations, Senior IT/Data roles as well as Technical Help Desk and Service Desk is essential to success in this role.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a technical or professional environment.
Interfacing with many levels of management, this talent acquisition consultant must have the knowledge and skills necessary to take a consultative approach to the recruiting process.
This includes strong consultative skills, excellent interviewing practices, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proven organizational and project management skills.
Candidates must also be customer focused and have expert sourcing skills and they must have a demonstrated track record of achieving a high volume of filled requisitions while maintaining high quality of hire standards
