This Culinary position provides training in all areas of the kitchen and assists in the culinary operation of the hotel. The Culinary Trainee should have good communication skills and at least one year of previous line cook experience is preferred. This is a fast paced position.
Formal culinary education preferred.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Proficient verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
One year of previous experience preferred.
Hotel experience a plus.
