Our IT teams support that mission by building applications and products that serve our customers. We’re looking for a Lead Developer that’s interested in leading software evolution and innovation within a Distribution Technology team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about leadership and utilizing modern engineering principles for building and delivering software to market.
Primary responsibilities as a very "Hands-on" Technical Lead for this position are to provide day-to-day leadership, individual coaching, mentoring, software engineering and architectural /Technical solution mentorship to Scrum Team Engineers. Our Lead Developers work closely with Product Owners and Architects to identify solutions and lead team members to deliver improvements to our clients through Agile development.

Lead Software Engineering scrum team solution and delivery
Track progress to team commitments and objectives.
Facilitate coaching sessions and one-on-ones with team members.
Motivate and champion team success.
Mature roadmaps and outline solutions with Product Owners and Team Architect.
Participate in industry outreach and research.
Prepare technical design and requirements to support secure software development with quality result
Identify innovative ideas and build consensus for adoption.
Develop feature enhancements and coordinate releases.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proven leadership and communications skills.
Broad knowledge of software engineering and testing Practices & methodologies.
Solid hands-on technical expertise, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Must have experience with Agile/SCRUM practices
Work experience with REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux , Node JS, Spring Boot – Java 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Postman/Newman, Swagger
& RESTful Services and Apache Kafka.
Work experience with OpenShift, MuleSoft and any Rules Engine, CyberArk /Conjur, including experience in AWS technologies will be added advantage.
