Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coral Gables operates under a commission/manager form of government and is well known for its active and involved citizenry. The IT Customer Support & GIS Analyst I is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of all city departments; providing high quality onsite customer service and technical expertise. Work to resolve many kind of PC, telecommunication and network issues. Provides support to GIS requests across the enterprise and responds to on-call trouble tickets when required.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a combination of:
Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university, and 2 years of IT work experience; OR
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university, and 1 year of IT work experience; OR
4 years of IT work experience.

Certifications or training in two or more of the below specialties is desired:

CompTIA A+ Network +
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) – Database
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) – IT Infrastructure
GIS
Data Science
ITIL
Lean Six Sigma
Customer Service
Valid Florida Driver's License.
