CSO has open positions for Master’s Level Clinicians in our Outpatient Services program, providing clinical services to individual, couples, and groups in Worcester County. Clinicians will provide outpatient therapy as part of an amazing team within our clinics including: clinic director, clinical supervisors, integrated services manager, psychiatrists and clinical nurse specialists, and office manager and other administrative staff.

CSO fully supports licensure with regular supervision a plethora of in-house and on-site training opportunities that are CEU authorized by the NSWA and free to attend. We are also a Trauma Informed Agency with many of our trainings focused on trauma and an internal Trauma Certificate program.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources.
  • Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedules.
  • Good time management skills necessary to maintain appointments and timely record keeping.
  • Computer skills necessary for use of Electronic Health Record system and completion of required documentation.

Requirements are as follows:

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is required.
  • Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC OR LMFT
  • Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
  • Familiarity with support groups.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
  • Bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking encouraged to apply!
