DataScan’s Audit Intelligence (Ai) business unit is a seeking a Training Manager to develop the implement the organization’s training strategy. The role is responsible for the development and delivery of custom training that provides knowledge, understanding, technical acumen, practical skills and business values to Ai’s field associates and clients. The Ai Training Manager collaborates with internal resources and subject matter experts to enforce operational excellence, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective training curriculums that are visually engaging, informative and encourage learner participation.
Perform all duties required for e-learning content development.
Explore best-in-class technologies and tools to enhance course offerings to learners.
Continuously evaluate and update training materials, using formats that effectively reach the learner including facilitator-led, e-learning, webinars, video and self-directed learning.
Demonstrate JM Family/DataScan core values and reflect them in training programs.
Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and passion with the ability to inspire others.
Top notch written and oral communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of current training concepts, tools and resources.
Ability to accommodate different learning styles and engage the audience.
Self-motivated and able to contribute individually, as well as, work as part of a team.
Proficiency with technology suites such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to lead others.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. (Bachelors in Instructional Design, Instructional System Design, or equivalents preferred.)
Five plus years of e-learning instructional design experience.
Management experience a plus.
