Job Overview:
We are seeking someone that has great communication skills, works well independently and is motivated by incentive pay. This position involves visiting homes that are included in the EPA Lead and Copper Rule to determine customer water service line materials, then reporting those results while being professional with property owners. This position includes incentive pay per home inspection in addition to minimum hourly wage.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough in-home inspections by analyzing the material type of each property's water service line for the business or home.
- Efficiently mobilize based on home inspection schedule.
- Provide accurate inspection results for data entry.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to identify water line material types - galvanized, lead, copper. (Training Provided)
- Willingness to work out of town.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or defects.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-Must pass drug test and background check.
