This position is responsible for performing analysis on the accuracy of pricing data received from numerous external sources used to build pricing tables used to invoice operational supply products to Customers and Distributors, identify Supplier cost savings opportunities, and prepare/communicate variance analysis results to Executive Management. Will also create communication process flow/packet and present custom ‘price book’ related data and analysis to internal and external Customers. Position has the additional responsibility of leading various data governance and process improvement projects for the organization.

People or Process Management Responsibility: Own pricing analysis, communication plan, and data integrity of price book used to invoice operating supplies to Distribution Centers across the US.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Develop analytics modeling and implement to ensure data received from external sources is accurate, received timely, and populated into Product price book system files
Create analytical reporting (recurring and adhoc) on Product pricing changes/trends and present Supplier specific cost-savings recommendations to Executive Management
Communicate with external Suppliers, Customers, and other Reyes Holdings subsidiaries as well numerous internal Organizations (eg. Centralized Purchasing, Distribution Centers, etc.) to investigate gather missing information
Ensure the timely and accurate population of data tables used to invoice operational Products to Customers in particular the initial set-up of Product Pricing, Address Book, and Advance Pricing profiles in support of invoicing (A/R) and payments (A/P). Also, includes change management analysis of this data and analysis of financial mark-up’s and recoveries
Create procedural documents (Standard Operating Procedures) for supporting Category Management initiative pricing set-up process and audit source data
Lead various Enterprise Data Governance projects and drive assigned organizational projects and process improvement/efficiency initiatives
Assist team members supporting maintenance requests and other day-to-day activities
Any other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a distribution, food industry, or manufacturing environment
Experience leading data governance projects
JD Edwards software experience

Position Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
0-4 years of Supply Chain experience in a financial-setting preferably in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or Accounting
0-4 years Data Management, Financial Analysis, or Accounting experience utilizing financial analysis skills to manage and report on Supplier product pricing with demonstrated ability to determine action plans/cost savings based on analysis
Strong sense of internal and systems controls
Must possess exceptional problem-solving/troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability perform root cause analysis and recommendations to remediate and prevent going forward
Effective prioritization and management of multiple requests and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Must possess a professional demeanor and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills with external customer and internal departments across all levels of the Organization
Ability to perform day-to-day data entry activities such as entering products, vendors, customers and pricing
Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently and as a member of a team
Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office. 5+ years’ experience using Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to create reports for external distribution
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required by demands of position
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
