The Enterprise Risk Department is responsible for supporting our 600+ retail locations in the area of Loss Prevention. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and change orientated person who is wanting to start their career path by joining our team.

Regular tasks include:
Provide clerical support to the Loss Prevention team
Complete information/case reports
Enter data into call logging software
Assist and follow-up to internal and external theft investigations
Administer and follow-up to inventory, cash shortage, and drive-off action plan programs for all retail locations
CCTV video research
Communicate Loss Prevention policies, procedures, and methodologies to all stores/departments
Prepare evidence for Law Enforcement

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is a must
Exposure to internal/external theft investigations
Ability to operate CCTV hardware and software
Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization and out
Excellent typing and 10 key punch skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Capable of being productive with minimal supervision
Self-motivated in learning new skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Retail or Customer Service experience is a plus
Possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record

Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, typically daytime hours.
