## Job Overview We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, hospitality, and guest relations. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests, we want to hear from you. ## Responsibilities - Manage all front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries - Train, supervise, and support front desk staff - Ensure efficient communication between departments - Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of room bookings and billing information - Oversee night audit procedures - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and reservations ## Qualifications - Previous experience in a front office or hospitality management role - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of resort operations and front desk procedures - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficiency in night audit processes is advantageous Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
