Due to recent brand partnerships, we are actively looking to hire an AT&T Customer Service Associate as one of the liaisons between our company and the client’s brands.
As an AT&T Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Your role is to manage and nurture client relationships by providing timely and effective support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to client satisfaction will be essential in maintaining and growing these relationships
Essential Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Service Associate:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day communications to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services or products.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, communications, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Proactively anticipate client needs, offering recommendations and improvements to enhance their experience with our services.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
