Seeking an energetic recruiting professional for Deloitte Studios who can deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience and bring the right high-quality, creative talent in the door at the right time. Looking for a professional who can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruitment.
Work you’ll do
Experienced recruiting focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge and expertise to expanding the business practices.
Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle experienced recruiting for Deloitte Studios
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and the business
Work closely with the business to establish the recruiting approach to achieve demand
Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte brand
The Talent Acquisition team sits within our Talent Operations organization and collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.

A group that brings together our Digital Experience capabilities and our Advertising/Marketing teams into new kind of Creative agency. An agency that, coupled with the power of Deloitte Digital, combines creativity and technology to tell new stories in new ways. We are a collection of artists, analysts, strategists, engineers, writers, makers, business-builders, designers, and dreamers with offices in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of related experience recruiting in a creative advertising or marketing agency environment
Experience sourcing and engaging creative talent, such as Art Directors, Copywriters, Content Strategists, Designers and Creative Directors
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to build strong relationships and networks
Ability to embrace technology platforms and participate in our social media strategy across Deloitte businesses
Demonstrate a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation
Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
Understanding of the local and national advertising and marketing agency hiring markets and trends
