Job Description:

You will perform a variety of tasks for our growing company. The biggest area of focus will be order processing – you must be extremely detail-oriented and good with numbers and data entry. Another area of responsibility will be handling consumer correspondence. You will help streamline, improve, implement and document processes to improve efficiencies. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and finds new ways to help the team. There will be opportunities for increased responsibilities as the company grows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive, enter, and confirm all customer Purchase Orders daily, with extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Process and communicate revisions and updates as needed.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure timely communication of orders, and to confirm production schedules and inventory levels
  • Review shipping documents daily, cross referencing with Sales Orders in to confirm correct
  • Develop productive working relationships with brokers, distributors and direct customers
  • Work with accounting and sales teams to ensure the correct customer allowances are applied to orders
  • Respond professionally to consumer inquiries, complaints, and praises by email and phone
  • Perform various other tasks and duties to help the team

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Extremely detail-oriented and accurate, with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
  • Flexible and willing to take on any task; desire and ability to handle a wide range of tasks and requests
