This role provides administrative support to the IT team area located in McKinney including direct support for the three SAS IT Directors. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks and requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality of information.
Managing meetings including scheduling, managing schedule conflicts, and all meeting logistics including room reservations and set up, catering, AV requirements, meeting materials, etc.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for the IT Director team
Order supplies for the HR team at the site
Manage the approval process for special requests or policy exceptions
Assist when IT leaders visit from other locations including meeting arrangements, office space, catering, etc.
Register visitors with the VRS system
Help staff special site events such as employee appreciation events, tech talks, etc.
Manage issues with facilities, phones, etc. for the team
Manage onboarding for new IT employees in partnership with their managers who may be at a different location

8 years administrative support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with excellent organizational skills and follow-through
Detail-oriented, timely and responsive
Consistently meets deadlines in a faced-paced and changing environment
Dependable and utilizes good judgment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Desire to help and support leaders day to day
Previous experience supporting senior-level leaders
Preparation of complex presentations, documents and spreadsheets
High school diploma or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
