Provides expertise and leverages their in-depth knowledge and understanding of quality and its operations to prioritize quality initiatives based on the quality impact and the organization’s strategic direction. Provides strategic advice and counsel to the organization’s senior executives and serve as a trusted advisor.
Will lead projects, develop and implement new methodologies and make recommendations to improve both the quality and processes within the operations teams. They lead work on highly complex projects with large degrees of risk and scope and can make assignments to team members with the appropriate scope and complexity, ensuring adequate resources and support are available. May provide day to day leadership and direction to assigned team members and provide feedback to team members on their work performance, accomplishments and opportunities.
This position works closely with senior leadership on quality initiatives and regulatory strategy. Knowledge of regulatory requirements is helpful.
Five years of experience to include leadership experience in a quality partner role.
Substantial knowledge of regulatory concepts, quality initiatives and event investigation.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence others.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. All diploma or AA degree RN's will need to obtain bachelors degree within three years.
Master’s degree is desirable.
Current applicable license (i.e. Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Medical Technologist).
