At Baker Health, our mission is to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our patients. As a Pediatrician at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality treatment and diagnostic services to our pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric medical care within the standard of care, incorporating holistic approaches into treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests as necessary, and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
- Analyze medical records, test results, and examinations to diagnose patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments to promote patient recovery and prevent future health issues.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and objectives, always maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring compliance with federal and state privacy laws.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing pediatric and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with specialists to diagnose and treat complex health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of residency in pediatrics.
- Board certification in pediatrics.
- Current New York Medical Practitioner License, CDS, and DEA licenses.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
