Our client a leader in financial services is seeking a temporary HR assistant.
This will be an engaging person that is a self- starter that can support human resources processes by maintaining records and information, assisting with the onboarding process as well as I-9 e-Verify process. A viable candidate will have experience with employee engagement techniques and supporting continuous engagement efforts.
Must be engaging over the phone and customer service oriented
Must be able to support projects, cyclical processes, and interoffice coordination
Must be experienced in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with familiarity in ad hoc reporting and process tracking in Excel
Must be detailed oriented
Must have ability to quickly learn organizational system and adapt
Must have data entry, filing, scanning, mail processing, correspondence tracking skills
Must support onboarding business processes and I-9 e-Verify process
Must support file clerk duties, file room operations, and electronic filing system with great accuracy and care
Must be willing to learn process narrative construction and process mapping-beginner level
This position enables the Operations Team to be organized and responsive as possible to deliver best in class service to the business.
This is located at our HQ location on San Pedro and we need someone as soon as possible. Of course we will want to interview any viable candidates as soon as possible.
