The Wholesale Account Executive (AE) role is essential in growing our existing Broker base and adding new Broker relationships.

The Wholesale AE will be responsible for increasing the company’s wholesale lending business by creating new relationships with mortgage brokers and developing these relationships to increase their loan volume. Our top performing Account Executives are driven, self-motivated and compensated well. There is very minimal travel yet you will have access to all 50 States to build your network of Broker partners.
Develops and maintains successful relationships with both existing and prospective Mortgage Brokers.
Prospects for new mortgage lending opportunities.
Utilizes FNBA training materials, reference tools, technology and other resources to provide an amazing customer service experience.
Ensures complete loan applications are submitted to Operations team.
Ensures an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and referral partners.
Achieves and Exceeds production goals as established by FNBA
Oversees and takes responsibility for the loan process and his/her team members involved in the process.
Minimum 3 years of Wholesale experience
Minimum 16 million in annual production in previous positions
This individual must thrive on the thrill of creating and establishing new relationships with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage realm.
This sales professional will create a rock solid Business Referral Network through marketing, cold-calling, prospecting and networking activities and will also participate in community efforts to promote home ownership. Leads will also be provided through our marketing efforts.
This sales professional will participate and oversee the Loan Application Process
Review / Analyze credit and financial data.
Present appropriate FNBA products and programs and explain guidelines.
Select the correct product and pricing for the borrower’s scenario
Collect supporting loan documentation as required and provide complete package to Loan Coordinator.
Communicate with both internal and external parties to the loan transaction.
This is not a remote position, located at our East Lansing headquarters.
