Job Posting: Director of Sales; Full-time, Exempt

Compensation: Up to $145,000 (Base pay $85-95K with up to $50k potential bonus/commission)
Position Summary:
HFA is seeking a passionate Director of Sales to lead our sales team through a period of transformation. In this role, you will oversee sales strategy, automation, and processes, while managing a team that promotes our products and services, including memberships, sponsorships, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Staff Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, set goals, monitor performance, and handle HR issues.
- Personal Sales Management: Directly sell sponsorships and exhibit booths, build customer relationships, and meet personal sales targets.
- Sales Strategy and Process: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes, collaborate with marketing, and refine sales performance.
- Other Duties: Support various tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in sales management, preferably in the home furnishings industry
- Proficiency with sales automation software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Office
- Advanced communication and staff management skills
Other Requirements:
- Remote work with occasional travel (approximately 8 weeks per year)
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
