Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Financial Analyst II - Investor Reporting in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position assists with the Investor Reporting activities for WCF’s securitization program which consists of approximately 15 debt facilities. The Financial Analyst will assist with the preparation of monthly servicer reports, help respond to investor/rating agency/auditor requests, prepare securitization compliance requirements and produce various ad hoc analyses. The Analyst will also work closely with the Forecasting team to ensure the consistency and accuracy of reporting.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare monthly servicer reports for approximately 15 debt facilities by updating servicer report templates and formulas and reconciling cash flows and balances. Must be extremely detail oriented, well organized, and comfortable in translating legal definitions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly servicer certificates, monthly conduit sale documents, annual compliance packages, and assist with responding to internal and external audit requests.
Prepare wire requests, obtain signatures, and submit to Treasury for processing.
Provide support as requested on special projects for the WCF and WD Financial Management groups.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS or Business, may be acceptable if combined with strong relevant work experience.
Knowledge and skills
Must be extremely detail oriented and well organized.
Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management and peers in both written and verbal form.
Prior knowledge of securitization mechanics preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel required
Prior experience in querying data from a relational database preferred.
Job experience
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, accounting or auditing.
Prior experience in servicer reporting and/or securitization preferred.
