Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow in a restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and provide guidance
- Stock and organize inventory to maintain optimal par levels
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and training of new employees
- Manage employee schedules
- Assist with store management duties as needed
- Ensure customer service excellence
Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurants
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in interviewing and training new hires
- Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Experience as an Supervisor/Assistant Manager is a plus
