Tasked with a wide variety of administrative duties, the Office Administrator will work alongside other team members, as well as management, daily.
Some of the Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Customer Service tasks: new customer set up, order entry, invoicing, shipping
- Coordination with service department of customer service-related transactions
- Bookkeeping tasks; Expense reports, Credit card receipt matching
- Office management tasks; office supplies, mail receipt
What Skills/Knowledge/Abilities are we looking for:
- Desire to help people and resolve their issues by phone or email
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
- Accounting/Inventory management software experience preferred
- Organizational skills and detailed orientation are imperative
- Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in small to medium size companies
