URGENTLY HIRING
We are seeking a closing coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling the under-contract process from start to finish, and resolving issues as they arrive.
Duties:
- Engage with customers via phone/email/social media to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Keep track of all under-contracts and active listings
- Update marketing ads for magazines & website publications
- Communicate with other agents, lenders & title companies via email & phone
- Update and reference Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Check emails throughout the day for anything pertinent
- Plenty of on-the-job training & ongoing support!
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized
- Experience in excel
- Ability to work under stress

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
