Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other ordering systems.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Assist with special events or promotions as needed within the nightclub setting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
