We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team on an on-demand basis, primarily for Sundays and other event days. You will be responsible for operating a barista cart at various events across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and parts of Pennsylvania, serving a wide range of coffee drinks to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more, according to customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain the barista cart, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each event.
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change if necessary.
- Set up and break down the barista cart at each event location.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista, with knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Must have a reliable car for transportation to and from event locations across NY, NJ, CT, and parts of PA.
- Flexibility to work on-demand, particularly on Sundays and during sporadic events throughout the week.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide a positive experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during events.
