Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Parsippany, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer in our Parsippany, New Jersey location. Responsibilities: Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Create back-end software applications for large-scale analytics systems. Develop code and establish software application development standards and practices. Design reusable software components utilizing various frameworks. Develop mobile delivery applications for large-scale analytics and Big Data solutions. Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies. Participate in software project planning and release management.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus ten (10) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus eight (8) years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years of experience.
Three (3) years of experience must include: Java/JEE technologies; Client-side MVC technologies; Object-oriented programming; Java 7; REST; PL/SQL; Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); AngularJS; Git; Bower; and Gulp.
