The Springhill Suites Cincinnati Midtown and Best Western Cincinnati Riverfront are hiring for a full time Dual-Property Sales Manager. As the Dual-Property Sales Manager you will be responsible for assisting in generating top line revenue to meet or exceed budget expectations for these two limited service hotels. The Dual-Property Sales Manager will handle multiple markets including Corporate, Group and Wholesale.

As a member of the team, the Sales Manager will aid in the hotels sales & revenue effort with a “whatever it takes” attitude while exceeding targeted revenue goals.

The Sales Manager shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.
Lead sales efforts with existing & potential accounts. This includes telephone calls, written communication with clients, site inspections, drafting proposals and contracts.
Develop understanding of both monthly forecasting and the annual budget process, as well as pace and productivity.
Maintain and update client relationship management systems.
Comfort in conducting hotel site inspections and client presentations.
Participate in trade shows and organization & execution of sales blitzes.
Ability to work with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all events/groups.
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Mathematical skills including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages and variances are utilized frequently
Detail-oriented and works well under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Present professionally in appearance and demeanor
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to deal effectively and interact well with employees
Ability to resolve problems/conflict resolution skills
Strong motivational, organizational and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, etc.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation
2 - 3 years of direct sales experience in related field
College degree is preferred
Overall knowledge of hotel sales and marketing management
Willingness and ability to promote a positive team member culture and core values
Ability to maximize impact, maintain interest and establish a rapport with your audience when conveying information
Must speak fluent English
