This position will provide general office support to the Step UP program. This position will be responsible for updating and assembling coach training materials in preparation for semester start training sessions. Responsible for updating Step UP Canvas site including uploading workshop and training materials. Responsible for creation of flyers and other documents. Use of mainframe (Colleague) to input and retrieve detailed college information and reports. Assist Step UP Manager with semester preparation and closeout responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma
Excellent customer service disposition and ability to interact positively and respectfully with highly diverse range of students, faculty, and staff
Prior office-related work experience would be an asset
Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Possess advanced grammar, spelling, formatting, and proofreading skills
Accurate and fast keyboard skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent organizational and time management skills required
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a varied population of students, faculty, and administrators
Ability to be calm, empathetic, positive and patient while using effective problem-solving skills.
Regular punctual attendance is a requirement of this job
Performs all duties while considering the impact of any actions on the college's sustainability initiatives in the areas of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic prosperity
