We have 7 locally owned and operated stores backed by the national buying power of over 450 stores and six regional distribution centers one of the distribution centers is 250,000 square feet and located in Joliet Illinois.
We are currently looking for a temporary at home Data Entry/Phone Representative to join our team!
Looking for an individual, with a positive attitude, high energy with a dynamic phone presence, and excellent attention to detail. Primarily outbound calls, collecting and updating customer data.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to our customers
- Updating customer information on excel spreadsheet
- Importing updated customer data into our system of record DDI
- Effective phone communication skills, ability to stay calm with agitated customers
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
- General computer and typing skills
- Must be focused and reliable
- Previous customer service, and telemarketing experience preferred
- Available to work immediately
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
