Description

Join SAIC as Leaders of the Intelligence Community (IC) and support a top-performing agency!  Our team provides outstanding analysis, thought leadership, and unwavering support to the Senior Leadership of an agency that supports and provides guidance to the IC. In this position you will manage Analytic Gaming projects on behalf of the Agency, which spans across the space and intelligence communities. This includes:
Assist in soliciting topics of interest to national security space, coordinating with subject matter experts to refine topics to be suitable to an analytic game, evaluating topic proposals, and advising customer(s) on priorities and other factors for topic selection and execution;
Help develop topic and game description(s), in consultation with external customer/submitter and other subject matter experts, to be passed to the Game Staff (another contract team)Â for game design;Â
Liaison duties with Game Staff, government customer, and government game sponsor during game design / development;Â
Identify government game participants from across the space, intelligence, operations, acquisitions, policy, and other communities with the unique expertise needed to make each game a success, and solicit their participation in the game;
Assist with the facilitation Game Review meetings (all stages) between Game Staff, government customer, and government game sponsor to review game design, scenarios, participant lists, and other logistics;
Facilitate, with the Game Staff, the Game (5-8 games / calendar year);
Review and edit the Game Report for each game that is drafted by the Game Staff, coordinate the Report with select government game participants, adjudicate comments, and submit the Report to government customer for final review and publication; and,
Assist with logistics such as coordinating with Security Staff and submitting record copies of deliverables from the Game Staff to the government.
Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
Over eight (8) years of experience as an intelligence analyst, DoD/IC Planner and Strategist, Operations Research, or other associated expertise;
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other relatable degree;Â
Experience coordinating with and briefing Senior leadership;
Ability to assist with bringing multiple parties together (to include logistics and coordinating with security), facilitate a set agenda, and finalize/wrap up effort(s);
Ability to remain flexible and mitigate issues during times of varying guidance;
Experience with reviewing reports and other key documentation.Â
Experience with MS Office and other applications. Â
