The Small Business Broker Account Executive identifies potential health care business customers. The main function of this position will be selling health care products to small business (2 to 50 employees) customers, through brokers. The BAE will be responsible for attaining regional and health plan goals related to specific targeted health care products and producing sales that result in profitable premium levels for the company. In addition, the Small Business Broker Account Executive will develop business relationships with customers and brokers/consultants within the small business market.

Required Qualifications:
- Sales license
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience; in the insurance industry, strongly preferred
- Ability to understand Underwriting, Financial and Analytical details as necessary
- Ability to establish and grow relationships in the broker community for the small business market for the assigned geographic area
- Proven relationship building
- Health Insurance Sales experience

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $130,000 annually. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
