Digital Team in Bank & Mortgage Decision Management is looking for a seasoned analyst to drive advanced web analytics, tagging, metrics and data quality.

Retail Bank North America (N.A.) has been on Digital acceleration drive continuing the momentum into 2018 so attracting specialized talent in this space is a priority for the business while supplementing it with functional knowledge of varied products, services and financial models to drive the next generation capabilities for Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve varied sources of external and internal Web data and conduct large complex analysis using various analytical tools, software and techniques.
Develop a rigorous online testing program, track and analyze performance of various digital acquisition tests and programs to evaluate effectiveness.
Contribute to measurement and attribution including owned sites, display, paid and natural search, affiliates, social media, etc.
Articulate data driven insights to business partners and senior leaders, obtain organizational buy-in, and work across teams to drive implementation of the recommendations.
Interpret business objectives and requirements and translate into technical requirements with input from stakeholders and digital marketing partners
Maintain and support SC data integrity/validation. Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionalities, through tracking parameter implementations.
Oversee the analytics code base, data layer, and tag management solution for accurate and efficient data capture
Maintain technical documentation and data dictionary to account for evolving business needs and requirements
Be able to identify gaps in the current data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
Partner internally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained. Proactive in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website
Partner with digital marketing team to implement pixel tags for measuring campaign performance and retargeting
Adopt project management approach to oversee all tagging for internal and external communication assets that aligns with Site Catalyst reporting capabilities


Bachelor's degree in Bachelors in Technology
5+ years of work experience in Web analytic role is required.
Data science – exposure to Big Data programming language (i.e., R, HIVE, Python).
Web analytics – working knowledge of Site Catalyst or Google Analytics
Programming Languages like SAS, SQL/Oracle database preferred
Digital data – familiarity with 3rd party data and data providers in the industry is preferred.
Effective communication skills – presenting to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals.
Strong project management skills – prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables at the same time
4+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics (Site Catalyst), Google Analytics preferred.
4+ Experience working with client acquisition or lead generation online players
Hands on knowledge implementing tags directly or through tag managers strongly preferred
Understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO and web standards and best practices
Well versed with custom tagging using Ensighten Tag manager
Experience in Site Catalyst variables and props usage and creation
Solid analytical skills with data analysis focus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
