Under minimal supervision, the Customer Support Advisor, will provide customer support activities for FedEx Cross Border. This role will be responsible for resolving customer concerns and claims in a timely and efficient manner. The position will also be responsible for developing proactive customer support solutions to reduce future customer concerns and claims.

Essential Job Duties:
Customer-facing position responsible for onboarding of key accounts. Includes new account setup, onboarding support, billing / invoicing setup, supplies, systems integration/testing, and first mile transportation management.
Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and implement using QDM best practices
Responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the onboarding process
Identify problems/issues/concerns involving policies, processes and performance and develop plan for corrective action. Execute against plan to resolve.
Prepare and present executive level reports and briefings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent. Five (5) years’ experience working in a customer support role. Demonstrated proficiency working with systems relevant to customer support. Demonstrated proficiency in visual storytelling (MS PowerPoint) techniques to explain difficult concepts. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Demonstrated proficiency in QDM principles and applications in workplace. Strong project management skills and experience. Strong attention to detail. Skill in collaborating across organization and functions to assess and evaluate business challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders of all levels while exhibiting etiquette required of executive level interactions. Ability to work well under pressure.
