Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) is currently seeking dependable and dedicated individuals to work with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Intellectual Disorders as a Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
BCBAs will provide services to individuals residing in the St Louis metro area, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties as well as limited IL areas. Primary responsibilities include completion of Functional Behavior Assessments, development, implementation and training on Positive Behavior Supports Plans, supervision of trained and knowledgeable implementation staff, and collaboration with families and other applicable care team members.
Qualified applicants should be:
*board certified (BCBA) for 2 years (preferred)
*knowledgeable of DTT programming and implementation
*experienced in working with a variety of assessments (VB-MAPP, ABBLS, Vineland)
*in possession of a steady work history
*able to demonstrate behavior management skills, instructional skills
*outstanding in oral and written communication, organizational skills have stellar interpersonal relations
Flexible availability, (including Mondays through Fridays between 3-8pm) plus some weekend availability are a necessity for this position. Interested applicants should have successfully completed an internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders.
