Your Role
We are seeking a well-organized, collaborative, and process-oriented team player to join us as a Studio Coordinator in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Studio located in our trendy Chicago location. This role will report to the Global Director of DE&I.
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about DE&I and longs to be a part of a firm that is committed to increasing and sustaining diversity. While the role will need to provide some support functions, we have an opportunity to introduce our Studio Coordinator to project management, partnering with leadership, event planning and operations.

What You Will Do
Studio Coordination
Support of DE&I Studio Leader and team.
Organize studio meetings, including reserving conference rooms and setting up technology, and/or ordering and setting up food as needed.
Hands-on help to ensure studio runs efficiently / effectively focusing on immediate tasks while still moving forward on long-term strategic activities and planning.
Coordinate the business operations of the studio including the day-to-day business activities as well as coordinating long term goals of professional development.
Coordinate / assist with establishing agenda for studio meetings.
Maintain accurate distribution lists across studio ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with new employee on-boarding and assist with directing them to appropriate resources for learning/support.
Help maintain common studio files, including setting up flexible electronic file structures that enable cross-studio access to content & materials.
Assist Studio Director with Pcard reconciliation and assist team members with expense reporting.
Assist in tracking and monitoring timesheets to ensure accuracy and on-time submittal.
Build and maintain relationships with other studio coordinators to share best practices/share workload and office-level needs.
Other administrative duties, as required.
DE&I Program Support
Work with DE&I team to support administration of programs including preparing and distributing program support materials, meeting scheduling, facilitate program launches, team communications, credentialing, graphic and excel support.
Partner with studio leaders to deliver on our various program goals and objectives by maintaining a scorecard with measurable outcomes.
Ensure that DE&I Director and team have what they need for their day-to-day tasks, clearing the way for them to create and find their flow to meet their deadlines.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in administrative capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build productive relationships.
Intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and adapt in a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial environment.
High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to support nuanced conversations around age, race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
Proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Capable of consistently maintaining a high level of composure, confidentiality, and job focus.
Must be able to work overtime on an as needed basis.
Open to working with distributed teams across the globe in different time-zones.
