The Manager of Performance Coaches & Facilitators is responsible for the strategy, development, training & coaching of our Performance Coach team and client led trainers at the Johnson and Johnson Human Performance Institute. This person will manage the relationships with, and ensure quality performance from, our core team of contract Coaches, Fitness Specialists and Train the Trainer participants.
This individual will report to the Senior Manager, Delivery & Client Implementation and partner closely with other stakeholders including Content, Implementation & Delivery Team, Sales & Sales Enablement, Premier Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Contracting, Marketing and Communications. In addition, the Manager of Performance Coaches & Facilitators is accountable for insuring that the strategy of the delivery team supports the achievement of desired business outcomes & customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Create strategy to develop and engage world class facilitator team leveraging the latest web based training solutions.
Design, deliver and coach others to deliver highly interactive & engaging training material.
Responsible for ensuring the approved and standard training curriculum and tools are implemented and sustained.
Analyze effectiveness and impact of client led facilitators and develop strategy to drive growth.
Consult with subject matter experts and content to develop client led facilitator development plan
Manage the implementation of client led trainer certification process
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training in achieving desired outcomes
Determine implementation plans, schedules, resource needs and supporting logistics for delivery of training initiatives.
Utilize the latest digital platforms to train the delivery team and provide access to support materials.
Develop and monitor outcome based metrics to track delivery impact and adjust as necessary
Consistently look for ways to help Coaches and client led trainers improve and proactively address situations that need improvement
Manage day to day training needs to ensure courses and programs are resourced appropriately. Manage deployment of Performance Coaches for public programs.
Promote strong processes as a way of achieving consistent, high quality, repeatable results
Develop a plan to build a community with Performance Coaches, Fitness Specialists and client led facilitators to enhance skills and address issues.
Serve as the voice for the delivery team inside the company to represent the interests and needs.
Provide feedback to the Content team on training curriculum, delivery methods and activities.
Establish a long-term vision for the delivery team and how this will contribute to the success of the business.
Recruit, select, onboard, train & develop high performing, geographically dispersed Performance Coach team.
Observe training classes and provide feedback to Performance Coach team.
Ensure Performance Coach team composition meets business needs in terms of capacity, credentials, certifications, business/life experience, facilitation and presentation skills required to exceed client experience.
Complete contractor billing and expense reports in a timely fashion
Initiate new and annual contract renewals with contractors.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Implementation team to ensure successful delivery of training within strategic accounts.

A Bachelor’s Degree required and 8 years’ experience in training, leadership & organizational development, human resources and business.
Experience coaching & developing facilitation teams
Experience/knowledge delivering & facilitating training programs within a corporate setting
Proven experience in effectively managing a virtual team
Ability to think strategically but see things all the way through to flawless execution
Ability to make decision and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects to meet target dates
Ability to work independently and think strategically
Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
Experience with developing and implementing cross-functional business processes & systems in a matrixed environment is required.
Must have proven ability to execute and deliver against business plan on time, within budget, and in scope.
Must have strong technical background specifically with modern learning, digital coaching applications/tools, and customer experience platforms.

This position is located in Orlando, FL full-time and may require up to 30% travel.
