Full Job Description
Incumbents coordinate the construction and development related records request using basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, departmental policies and procedures that are required at this level. Incumbents are responsible for performing more complex data entry, compiling reports, creating basic correspondence, conducting records request research, scanning, and updating permit records.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, or G.E.D., and two years of general clerical, records management or customer service experience. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
