The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations including accounting and controls, regulatory reporting, financial analysis, management reporting, and financial components to mergers & acquisitions. This leader will develop the financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans and leading and developing a high performing team. This position will be part of the Executive Team and will have input on overall company strategy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the position will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license or; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of 15+ years of diverse business and financial work experience with a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior financial/operations leadership position in a public company setting with a preference given to candidates with exposure to a broad range of operational topics in addition to traditional financial and accounting responsibilities
Strong financial background within an organization with multi-location operations and multiple value streams
Experience in high growth and dynamic environment, assisting fellow senior management team members improve business processes, analysis, and problem solving
A demonstrated ability to improve operating efficiencies and processes through effective team leadership
Expertise in managing cash flow
Strong expertise in forecasting and analysis, development and utilization of management information and key business metric tools
Experience managing the annual auditing process with top-tier accounting firms including SEC regulatory compliance and practices with an emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
Experience in implementing, maintaining and modifying Financial IT systems
Solid financial due diligence and acquisition integration experience
