This role is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives that are focused on learning and engaging employees. This role reports directly into the global head of Leadership & Culture.
Ensure alignment across the enterprise for the strategic plan for diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Governance, strategy and execution for the Global Business Resource Groups
Partner with the business to design and develop Inclusive leadership learning experiences
Contribute to the design and development of leadership accelerator programs designed to support and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.
Act as a subject matter expert to internal and external partners on diversity and inclusion best practices and programs.
Support learning deployment as it relates to diversity, inclusion & belonging (Kraft Heinz essentials, Ownerversity courses, etc.)
Monitor enterprise diversity metrics to assess progress against diversity, Inclusion and belonging goals and objectives. Ensure diversity goals are on track and identify solutions as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
4-6 years of experience in diversity, inclusion and belonging work
Experience presenting to senior level management
Experience in the creation, deployment, analysis and reporting on diversity and inclusion initiatives and creating action plans for departments targeted at enhancing ongoing initiatives
Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, government regulators, and/or with vendor
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
Interest in design and development of learning events and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Ability to work independently to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work
Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain trust and respect
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Strong negotiation skills
Willing to travel as required
