Responsibilities:
- Oversee, enter and maintain new and existing listing information into MLS database
- Enter client information into transaction management system
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls as needed to agents
- Handle deposits as needed
- Prepare title orders for pending listing contracts
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Keep detailed records of all incoming paperwork and transactions confidential
- Ensure compliance with bank, escrow, and any processing procedures
- Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure adherence
-Process payments
-Greet incoming customers and clients
Experience:
- Accounting field experience a plus (accounts payable/receivable)
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
- Customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and agents
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel is a plus
- Be able to multi-task with interruptions
-Self sufficient when needed
