Sales Representative, JostensPIX

This role is truly a ground floor opportunity and you can be a part of the first sales team for JostensPIX, our new and innovative school photography program. As a sales representative for JostensPIX you will contribute to the growth of the JostensPIX division by driving acquisition of new customers in the elementary school market and providing exemplary customer service and account management within the defined territory. You will work from your home office and should plan up to 70% travel in your territory.

New Business Development

·New customer acquisition and opportunity development

·Developing relationships with prospects

Account Management

·Current customer expansion and account management

·Developing broad based relationships to position JostensPix solution

Territory Management

·Territory planning, performance assessment and administrative responsibilities to ensure Jostens executes effectively for the customer.

Internal Customer Development

·Establish relationships with internal team to support rapid growth

JostensPIX Learning and Development

·Partner with internal team to continually develop program and create efficiencies and best practices to run a successful HUB


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Financial acumen and skill regarding profit and loss, planning/forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Strong computer competence with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Sales skills and the ability to harness relationships with school officials that choose JostensPIX as their school’s official photographer


  • Understanding of the elementary school market
  • Advanced consultative sales skills
