With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Front Desk/Records Management Coordinator to join our growing team the Front Desk/Records Management Coordinator is responsible for handling all general office management responsibilities, maintaining child electronic files and assisting in the maintenance of Early Intervention child files.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling of all front desk responsibilities (ex: greeting and directing visitors, coverage of the office phone line, appropriate documentation of visitors in compliance with COVID requirements etc)
Coordinates and creates office supply deliveries
Sorts and processes all received documents, mail and faxes
Handles payment and processing of certificates for Hudson Valley providers
Ensures the office is maintained in a safe and sanitary condition (ex: complete cleaning responsibilities in line with COVID disinfectant procedures)
Organizes various company events and manages the available facilities.
Utilize various databases to ensure all electronic files are up to date and contain all required documents.
Ensures all hard-copy documents are filed appropriately and in a timely manner
Responsible for the completion and submission of outside document requests
Assist the Early Intervention Case Manager in maintaining compliant child case files (ex: follow-up on service start dates and progress reports, various conset forms and speech recommendation forms)
Other duties assigned by manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment preferred
High School Diploma required
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Rate: $16 - $17/hour full-time
