Job Description
We are seeking candidates for our National & Cyber Solutions (NCS) Summer Internship Program on various software and hardware development teams. CACI's National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) business group is comprised of over 1,300 engineering, data science, cyber security and signals intelligence experts. We are contributors to every step of the intelligence lifecycle and leverage an agile development methodology that provides rapid prototyping, quick reaction, operational support and solutions to a diverse customer base.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will work on a team responsible for design and development of cutting edge space-based precision timing system and user interface features that provide real time indications and warnings to the warfighter for a complex and rapidly evolving mission.
You will get to be part of a team of fun and energized engineers working within a product family to field tactical SIGINT collection systems to the DoD.
You will support some of our nation's most pressing mission objectives through:
Innovative design, development, and deployment of technical solutions and services to support the Intelligence, Homeland Security, and Defense community.
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).
Cyber technology including emerging Cyber/RF spectrum operations, active defense solutions, and platform resilience against cyber attacks.
Mission tool development, including enterprise situational awareness, intelligence analysis, and advanced visualization applications.
Rapid Research and Development (R&D), prototyping, integration, and testing.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Ability to grasp basic engineering fundamentals
Basic understanding of software fundamentals
Must currently be enrolled in High School OR a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or
Doctorate student
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable to position)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of Java.
If Undergraduate or Graduate, pursing a degree in computer science or related field is preferred, not required.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required.
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities(professional/community/extracurricular)
