This position is part of the Records Management, Imagine, Docusign Team. Working with the campus community, it is responsible for user support and training for Docusign. Responsibilities include:
Docusign Service Development by partnering with Campus service providers across campus to improve and/or automate processes including UCPath Operations team, Regional Service Centers, Organizational Account Administration, and other identified high value Campus use cases.
Create shared templates and business practices by identifying the most common use cases (e.g. travel reimbursement) and develop templates and works from can be shared across campus.
Developing and socializing: 1) best practices, 2) shared workflow and templates, 3) community of practice.
Create UCB-centered training and documentation (KB articles, FAQs, Newsletters, Quick start guide, Docusign website).
Working with other members of the records management support team on technical integrations.
Requires thorough knowledge of business analysis function.
Has knowledge of design, development, and application of record management technologies such as electronic signatures, workflow engines, imaging, and other technologies that support business needs and secure records management.
Must have knowledge relating to the design of applications programs.
Requires knowledge of other areas of IT.
Knowledge of department processes and procedures.
Requires skills associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.
Ability to work effectively as a memeber of a team
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees
Very organized with good time management
Requires interpersonal and communications skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
lmageNow (Perceptive Software) experience.
Document imaging and Business Process Management (BPM) / Automation domain expertise
General knowledge of records management.
Salary & Benefits
