As a Mail Clerk, you will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing packages. This would include using computer software to log items received, creating shipping labels, and using a postage machine to stuff envelopes. You may also make mail deliveries to various internal mail boxes and associate desks as needed. Additional responsibilities may include picking up confidential shred bins, maintaining cleanliness of the dock area, paper delivery, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet most of the day
Basic understanding of using computers/mailroom equipment
