Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the daily functional management of the assigned nursing unit operations, services and the measured results for all aspects of the unit. The Clinical Coordinator provides direct support service functions and activities aligned with unit patient care objectives.
Education: Graduate of a nursing program. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in specialty area of unit. Charge, supervisory and/or management experience is preferred. Demonstrated initiative, leadership abilities, and training/coaching methodologies throughout diverse professional groups. Must possess good oral and written communication skills and promotes collaborative patient care environment.
